Jennie walked around her room wallowing in self pity. The events of that night played out loud and clear in her head as she held her face in disgust at how she had ruined her chances with Richardson.

She could not believe that it had all gone to shit. She almost had him, how had it gone bad.

She settled into her couch to think back on how her plans had started to fail.

They had picked the hotel, they had taken drinks and gotten drunk, they had started having sex without condoms, she had tried wrapping her legs around his waist to make sure he got her pregnant and she had failed.
