Driving off into the traffic, Michael slammed his palms across his steering wheel in anger. He had so many embarrassing nights, but this had to be the worst. It had to be at the top of his list.

Richardson had thrown him out of a respectable gathering with so many respectable men there. How dare he?! How could he do so with no one stopping him?!

Swerving dangerously close to a Nissan with its brake lights on, he flipped off the driver, zooming through the traffic lights.

Turning up the volume of his radio, its music blaring dangerously loud from his speakers, he went on to put his foot down on the accelerator.

The memory of the party haunted him over and over as he heaved heavily. How he had been carried out with his dignity thrown out of the window. It was crazy to think of.

Seeing a bar loom up in the distance, he could feel his throat itch for a drink. He loved the taste of the drink at the party. He wanted something like that.
