Chapter 91

“I know what I would do if it ever came down to it,” Philip said to his feet. “I can see we won’t be having that race today. I’ll have to put out a rain check for that.”

Richardson followed suit standing to his feet.

“I understand. Besides, where’s your car?”

“Over there,” the man pointed to a blue Bugatti veyron parked in a corner.

“Nice car,” Richardson admired as they started down the stairs heading for the race track. “So I guess this is goodbye until we meet again?”

“I guess,” laughed Philip. “We’ll talk later.”

“Sure,” he stretched out his hand to shake his cousin as they parted ways.

While he got into his car, he heard an engine roar to life before zooming past his car.

“Hope he doesn’t die from overspeeding,” he laughed, igniting his car.

He had liked hanging out with Philip. He had liked him at the party as he had found someone he could relate with but after their conversation at the track, he found himself liking him even more.
