Chapter 22

Myrdin's POV

"Axel!" I called his name while walking deep into the forest.

Nym was following right behind me. "Don't lose your step. If we separate in this forest, it will be hard to find each other." I explained everything to him.

"Alright, I will follow you." Nym kept looking down because he didn't want to step on something.

"Axel! Do you hear me?" I tried to call him one more time.

But, of course, Axel couldn't hear me. We walked deeper and deeper into the forest. The sun was already rising, but from this position, I couldn't see it. The forest had a lot of trees covering the sky, which made the forest go dark.

"Myrdin," Nym called me.

"Yes?" I answered and stopped.

"Don't you think we need to decide where we should go?" Nym suggested it and stopped beside me.

"Uhm…" I started to think about it. "Yes, you are right." I looked around and said, "But I am so blind about this place."

"Hmm, okay. So, let's just walk!" Nym looked so positive and smiled.
