Out door, disaster (2)

“You can't be serious, right?” Vera asked stunned by his behavior.

The smile on Evan's face completely disappeared and he shot her a look.

“Goodness,” She rolled her eyes at him and walked back to the chair.

She grumbled but still picked up her spoon and continued eating.

Ezra smiled on seeing how they interacted and the image Evan has always displayed in front of her since she woke up completely shattered.

‘ I thought he was a cold man… but it looks like I've been wrong all along,’ She thought as she continued eating.

“Where should we go after here?” Vera asked as she picked a flute glass to drink.

Ezra's brow raised slightly on hearing this and she waited patiently for Evan to give a reply.

But instead of a reply, what greeted her ears was silence. Confused, she slowly looked up and was stunned to see a pair of icy sharp eyes staring her way.

“D-did I miss anything?” She stuttered nervously under his gaze.

Vera noticed this and sighed heavily.
