Chapter 21

Jasper fell to the ground not understanding why he could not move. It was an ordinary arrow was it not? He looked at it and realized that the tip of it was made out of wood. Though the arrow pierced his leg and not his heart it was still incapacitated to a vampire like him. He was not worried if they killed him, he was only worried about losing access to his runestones. He closed his eyes waiting for his end to come once again.
