Nick jumped back as the Creature launch it wings at him.

It roared out puffing out fire but it blocked it with his sword but the creature caused more.

Nick couldn't control it and he let go.

The fire hits him hard and he collapsed unto a building.

He struggled up and charged at he creature holding his swords.

He launch the first but it hits the sword away from his hand.

Nick jumped back and somersaulted to the left escaping the fire.

He then dived forward and slash the left wing of the creature.

It screamed out and used it tail to hit nick but he blocked it and his other sword was knocked off.

He pulled out his gun and shot the creature but it puffed out a greater fire of which the bullet couldn't pass through.

Drago flew up to tram trample on nick but the Somersaulted backward picking up his sword.

Drago launched it tail again at nick and he blocked it With his sword causing the tail to wrap around the sword.

Nick struggled with tail as made to throw away the sword from him.

Drago puffed out fire at him and he had no choice than to jump back.

Drago threw his tail at him again but he squat and it flew past him nick eyes then caught his other sword at the back of the beast.

He ran at the Drago as it pushed out fire after him and getting close, Drago shot out his wing to hit him but he slides through it leg and took his sword.

Nick turned back swiftly to stab him but Drago's tail Hits him away and he crashed to a car.

Nick fell off the car and landed on his the ground he the struggled to get up.

Drago wrapped his tail around the Nick's neck and rose him up thereby choking him.

Nick struggled hard with it eyes opened.

He stretched out his hand drew out his gun aiming at Drago's head to shot.

Drago quickly covered it face with its wings and the bullets hits it.

Nick quickly points it to the tail and shot repeatedly.

Drago roared out and released him of the chock.

Nick fell to the ground coughing hard.

The creature roared out at Rick and the wind from its mouth threw nick away..

He crashed roughly to the wall and fell down.

"Error! Error! Transformation Revert in progress". Unice said.

His outfit turned into a ray off light and entered into the wrist watch including his fallen weapons.

Nick struggled to get up but couldn't because of the glass stuck in his stomach.

Drago made to puff out fire but there was a weird radiation which affecting his ear.

It roared out covering it eye and then flew out of the scene.

Mr. Frank quickly ran to nick quickly retreating the gun he was holding.

"What have you done to yourself nick?". He said almost shouting.

"Nick". He heard his name in an echo.

Nick opened his eyes softly and had a blurry vision.

It took seconds before he could see the ceiling perfectly.

His eyes drifted to the left and he saw Mr. Frank in a worried mode with his head down.

"Mr. Frank". He Called out softly.

"Oh my God you're awake". Mr. Frank said.

"Where am I?". Nick said and saw the drip bag above his head.

"a hospital of course after you almost got yourself killed". Mr. Frank said.

"I had to. But I saved everyone". Nick muttered in a low tone.

"Saved indeed or I saved your life rather, I warned you , you're not trained yet". Mr. Frank said.

"I know but you had to". Nick said.

"I've told you nick whenever you see a demon or its sign, run nick, run! You're no match for them right now". Mr. Frank said.

"But am a destined demon hunter". Nick said.

"That doesn't mean you you should kill yourself, i should have trained you today but here you are still recovering, thank God the glass didn't damage any of your organs". Mr. Frank said.

"When will i be discharged uncle?". Nick asked.

"depends on your improvement, the demons are showing up on after the other and i think Inferno is out too". He said.

"Inferno? Who's he?". Nick asked.

"A demon that turns adults to little creature and also eats the hearts of humans he is really dangerous". Frank said.

"That sounds scary, the car that almost hit me yesterday, the driver was a little creature". Nick said..

"Inferno pretends to me hurt and when anyone tries to help him up, he attacks them, he's damn scary and looks like a zombie". Mr. Frank said.

"Am scared already sir". Nick said.

"Demon Hunters don't have atom of fear in their heart, It's best to take out this demon one by one now before they become a herd". Mr. Frank Said.

"Two are on the large already i pray the others don't show up". Nick said. You can hi ISCOH DANGOTE on [phone] to be added to story headquarters room to get more stories from there.

"You're funny nick, there's time to finish them off now before more come but when you don't listen to my instructions worst things are gonna happen". Mr. Frank said.

"Am sorry Mr. Frank i only wanted to help". Nick said.

"It's okay nick but you know the rule for now run whenever you sight this demons you're still a novice and shouldn't inform them yet that there's a demon hunter else they'll come in a group and been a novice you'll die in seconds". Mr. Frank said and Nick nodded..

"I turned back to normal during the fight, Unice stripped me of my outfit". Nick said.

"He did the best for you , If those costumes are destroyed that's a sorry". Mr. Frank said.

"Right now i gotta go". He said and left.

Nick laid down on the bed and reflected on what he did whether he was wrong or right.

He was soon jerked off from his thought by Unice voice.

"Presence Of Evil Detected".

"Presence of Evil?". Nick said as he rose up from the bed to know if he heard well.

He heard some voices passed by his door and was tempted to check.

He pulled out the drip and blood sprinkled from his hands.

He walked to the door and opened it.

He peeped left, no one.

And then right, two men could be seen moving toward a room with a stretcher.

He tiptoed out and went after them.

"Approaching The Presence Of Evil". Unice Said.

"keep quiet". Nick whispered.

The men entered into the room and closed the door.

Nick tiptoed looking left And right until he got to the door.

He looked up and saw the inscription.

"Mortuary".

He eyes went up further and saw the merged triangle sign ✡️. 

Nick's heart began to beat.

"That meant that a demon was there" ". 

He pressed the knob and opened it..

He peeped in and saw as the men dropped the stretcher on a table.

A body was on it covered by in a blue cloth.

They made to carry the body but two clawed hands sprout out and grabbed their hands thereby piercing deep into their skin.

The men screamed out as a black virus in form of veins passed from the body under the cloth into their blood stream.

The men starts shaking vigorously like drunkards vomiting 🤢 black blood from their nose and mouth until they began to shrink and finally become small like infants.

Nick was shocked as fear ran down his body.

The man or zombie whatever it was rose up from the stretcher and threw off the cloth.

He looked so scary as the color skin of his body Was green with a bulgy eye which was yellow, a flat nose and a circular mouth.

It squat close to the infants and shred open the ribs with it claw.

It forced his hand into the chest and pulled out the heart forcefully.

HE clenched it to his mouth and began to eat it sucking the blood.

It suddenly stopped and it eyes drifted to the door where nick was.

Their eyes meet and Nick's heart began to pound really fast.

The creature rose up slowly and snarled before running at nick.

"Inferno..". Nick muttered.
