Mirabel froze at the confession. Just when she thought that things will gradually fall into place and they were shattering. Her face instantly went pale.

Tilting her face, Mirabel remained calm for a while and Zachary kept wondering what was going on in her mind.

Still trying to catch a glimpse of her facial expression, Mirabel lifted up her face and their eyes met. She had an indifferent face which reverted into a forced smile. "It's fine. I cannot force you to love me back and can't also force myself to stop loving you. However, what you just said won't make me stop chasing after you so long as you're not yet with anyone." Mirabel made her point straight and smiled. "Alright then, thank you for your time."

Zachary sorted out their bills and they started towards the door together. Opening the door, Zachary almost bumped into a lady. "Sorry," they both apologized to each other at the same time. Zachary recognized her immediately
