Fight it out

They pile on Eddie, Joseph running inside the house. Gunshots fire out, and Eddie can feel himself losing control of his human side, as his wolf struggles to be freed.

He snarls, and howls, knowing that they will hear him crying out.

The girl smashes her fist in his stomach, cutting off the howl, and sending him to the ground. The breath leaves his body for a moment, and he stumbles downward.

Another one jumps on his back, claws digging into his side, and he feels a sense of warmth dripping down his sides.

The smell of his own blood catches his attention, and it was with that the change took over. The others flew off of him, as Eddie let out a furious howl, shifting into his wolf form, fangs flashing.

Suddenly, Eddie's pack charged in, snarling and howling. They crowded the front of Eddie's grandmother house, tearing up the grass and flowers of it.

Shots are heard from inside of the house, and Joseph dives out, landing on the ground. He whistles, causing his pack to growl, but they run off.

Oh fuck.

His family can't see him like this. They can't see any of his packs like this.

He let's out a howl, and takes off into the night, the pack following close behind. Another shot rings out behind him, and he swears he hears Addie yelp.

The urge to defend his back, and his pack is strong, so he slows down enough to make the pack run ahead of him.

He lets out a vicious snarl that carries out towards his home. Litzy swears again, and then the sound of the door slams close.

 When they make it back to their safe house, Joseph is there, smirking. His face has already healed, and his pack is nowhere to be seen. Eddie can feel his hair stand on end, as he growls, flashing his fangs.

 And then Lucas walks out from the safehouse, looking smaller than the rest of the group, circles underneath his eyes.

"Hi Eddie." he says in a hoarse whisper, and Eddie is so stunned, he doesn't know what to do or react.

"I warned you." Joseph says, and before anything else can happens, his teeth sharpen, and he bites into the side Lucas's neck, and he drops down to the ground like a sack of trash.

Eddie is frozen in place, and Lucas lets out a cry of pain, as the blood begins to pool around his body.

And Joseph watches with an amused look, crossing his arms over his chest, Lucas looking near to death.

Is that what Eddie looked like? Was this the normal reaction for the bites?

He wasn't sure, and when Eddie walked forward, to try to see if he could do anything, Joseph's pack snarled, keeping him at bay.

Eddie couldn't do anything. And he felt helpless as Lucas's spasming finally stopped, his body still. The wound on his neck had been sealed, his body slowly filling out.

After a beat, Lucas's eyes fly open, and his pupils dilate before going back to normal. He sits up as if nothing happened, and stares up at Joseph, before glaring at Eddie.

Ohnonono-

It doesn't take long for Lucas to shift and then turn into a silver wolf, with giant paws, and too big ears. He shakes his fur out, trotting next to Joseph.

"Welp, looks like Lucas is going to be part of my pack after all." Joseph said cockily.
