Inside the castle, the Valiant vanguard stood around Arthur in a sober reunion.

Seeing their leader again with their eyes swelled up their emotions.

Everything else seemed to fade into the background as their focus remained solely on Arthur.

They were gathered in a private chamber, just them and Arthur.

The silence was deafening and it took Arthur a moment to compose himself before addressing his comrades.

He began to speak with a solemn expression. "Guys, I know you've been through hell while I was away. I apologize. I was overconfident and reckless, and it cost us dearly. I should never have underestimated Draven. My arrogance led to my downfall and left all of you to suffer in my absence. I am truly sorry."

Lance stepped forward, his voice was sincere. "Arthur, you don't have to apologize. We all knew the risks involved in our mission, and we willingly followed you."
