Mirabel woke up in the morning and stretched out her arms on the bed but a frown made up to her face when she felt her hand touching somebody, she turned on the bed to have a look at the person and it turned out Charles is the one lying beside her, sleeping soundly.

"I don't know how I got here but I think I have to adjust to my new environment and I believe I'll be able to regain my memories, and if truly he is my fiancé I would know from there," Mirabel said to herself and sighed.

She made to get out of bed when she noticed that Charles was actually holding on to her hand firmly as if she was going to run away from him. She tried to remove her hand from his hold gently but it wasn't successful and along the line, Charles woke up from his sleep. He drew her closer to himself and hugged her warmly.
