Ivan relaxed into his seat as he heard the words that left Mr Andrews' mouth. Was the man trying to mess with him? Or was he trying to pretend like he didn't remember who he was?

"You don't say…" Ivan said to him in a relaxed tone. "Well, anyway, I have you to thank for being where I am today, if you hadn't pushed me and tried to kill me so many times then I wouldn't have gotten the confidence to come out." His tone was ever so casual.

Mr Andrews swallowed hard while trying to force a smile to his face. He wouldn't falter, he told himself, he had to remain composed.

He let out a soft nervous chuckle. "I didn't… I didn't want to kill you actually, I just wanted to come to a negotiation."

"I know. You want to reap where you didn't sow like you have been doing for a very long time but I just couldn't let it happen with me you know? I'm different." Ivan said with a smile.

Mr Andrews gave him a smile.

His last attempt to kill Ivan truly was what made Ivan come out, he was sure.

Finally getting down the stairs that seemed like it would never end– their house was exceptionally tall and without an elevator, no wonder they were all in shape– he walked into the dining room and all eyes fell on him.“Oh Ivan! The place was like a mythical cave in a story with some winged stone creatures as decorations and fake flame torches. At least he felt they were fake. The weapons were hung from the top to the floor of the tall walls. Shelves of all shapes and sizes were numbered in the room carrying other weapons as well. Some were in a show glass placed on tables and some were opened on the shelves. “What do you think? The security team also has designated weapons here but don't worry, they are all licensed.” Mr Bank assured him.
