Pacing about aimlessly in his living room was Mr Andrews. The day had been gone by far and the night was beginning to grow old.

The entire street was asleep, sure there could have been a few people who were still up working on their laptops or just some people watching movies but Mr Andrews only paced about which was unusual, given the time of the night.

Almost like he was being controlled to move about in aimless directions, he had but one thought on his mind.

'Was a man like Jacob to be trusted at all? He definitely must have placed an eye on me somewhere, watching every single step I make. One billion? This is obviously a scheme by him trying to extort money from me since he claims he has gone broke. But he must know that the Wayne fortune is over a hundred billion, that must be his reason for such a high price--'

    Ivan dressed up and went down for breakfast.     The car pulled up at the front space of the mansion and their driver hurried down to open the door for them. Three smiling faces stood close to a fountain, standing impatiently for Ivan and his wife to arrive. The driver opened the door but no one got out. Alfred wondered what was keeping them but he declined when Mrs Banks said to go to them instead. He decided they would just wait for them to join them. “We'll be a minute.” Ivan said to his driver and the handsome young man nodded his head and gently slammed the door back. “Is there… is there a problem?” Mrs Banks asked again but Alfred's decision to wait behind still stood. “They'll come out eventually, let's just wait and see what is going on first.” Alfred responded in a respectful manner and Mrs Banks nodded her head.
