One twenty two: secrets of the staff

They all fell silent again with a few heads bowed down. Ivan let out a sigh, he felt like he was losing his sanity.

His nightmares still stalked his dreams and he couldn't lie, he was afraid of the evil that lurked around in the darkness, waiting for him to lose his guard so they would strike him at once.

Would he ever find the confidence to tell the truth to the world about who he was truly and when he did, would it all be worth it? Was the money, power and fame all worth the price for his sanity and safety? Was he any different from Charlie and Mr Andrews now?

He turned around before he would break down in front of them and started towards the main entrance door but a voice stopped him in his steps.

"I steal food from storage room sometimes, I feed them to people in my streets that are too poor to fend for themselves and I know I should have just asked you for me knowing how kind and free giving you are but I was afraid I would be overstepping." A young girl narrated as she walked
