It was a perfect triangle. The three colleagues had finally turned against each other. They knew that Thomas had planted a seed of mistrust among them but no matter what they perceived they couldn’t put the gun down. The guards who were present were also unable to do anything since Dylan had a gun pointed at Xander."Smart act Thomas," Xander said. "Even though you are tied up you still manages to play with our minds," "You think this is a joke?" Thomas said with a serious face. "This is serious and with time you will know that I am trying to save you all. The fact you have those guns pointed at each other shows that there is a presence of good even in the midst of your dark thoughts," Thomas responded with a serious face."Even after causing this havoc you are still filling us with your flattery," Xander said."Put the gun down Xander," Dylan said to him. "The kid is right, I should have realized this soon. This was a terrible idea," "So you are the unstable person among us," Edward
Some minutes earlier….During the time Thomas’s elder brother and Father were approaching the guards who held Thomas down on his knees, Andy took Emily and Laura around the shadows as he instructed them to lay low until the time to act comes up."I will be back, take care of yourselves," Andy said before running off to the site where he intended to jeopardize the system connections that Xander and his colleagues had put together for the experiment.Upon his arrival he spotted Dylan waiting just a few feet from the portal that they intended to open."You made it," Andy said as soon as he enclosed on Dylan."I received your text message and after the little explanation you gave me I think I would like to know more… So tell me, what did your friend Thomas see?" Dylan asked."Like I said before, something happened the night you and your colleagues came to capture Thomas’s parents. Last night he was struck down by lightning and he was taken to a different dimension where he saw many things
"How do we stop Xander?" Andy said to Dylan who was now determined to help him and Thomas."I will take you to Xander as a captive. We have to play the game perfectly. Like you said Tony and his children are in a fight with Xander and I know if we don't get there in time someone might be killed. When we arrive, you have to give Thomas an eye signal to refrain from any violent action. When that is done I will make Xander bring you all to this place where we will chain you up to that rod," Dylan said as he pointed at a large iron rod a few feet away. "What if Xander refuses to bring us here?" Andy said."I will do my best but if Thomas is as smart as you said he is then he will pick up the signal. I am sure that Xander loves a contest. When you are chained up I must still act like I am on their side. I will offload their guns and your friend Thomas has to kindle a fire in between us. I have to test their limits, I have to know if they are truly going to kill me when I disagree to follow
Later in the day, when he had slept to his satisfaction he walked out of his room. Stretching himself he went downstairs in search of his father and when he was halfway he heard chattering sounds coming from outside the house. He quickly opened the door and right on his doorstep was a crowd of reporters. He looked around the compound only to realize that everything was fixed."It's him, It is Thomas Celso," One of the reporters alarmed the others as they all left Tony and headed toward him instead."Can you please tell us what your role in the just resolved case was. We all heard that you played the role of Clark Kent…" While the reporters went on Tony walked up to Thomas as he carried him inside then shut the door."Dad, what's going on?" Thomas asked."Don't ask me that. I don't how it happened but you and your friends are all over the news now. Especially you, Thomas," Tony replied."What about the stuff we were supposed to fix, who did the work?" "The news about you got to the ear
"You there!" a man in a suit said as Thomas turned to see him pointing at him. "Come up!" Thomas looked right and left at the remaining eight people who had walked into the interview hall with him then walked up to meet the man on the platform. "What is your specialty," the man asked with an instantaneous stare at him. "I'm sorry but I think I shouldn't be here," "State your specialty," the man repeated and Thomas studied his serious countenance. "I don't have a specialty," Thomas answered. "I won't repeat myself the third time," "Come on! Are you even listening to me? I said I don't have a specialty…" Before he could complete his statement two huge men from nowhere walked up to him as they dragged him down the platform. "Let me go!" he struggled to set himself free as one of them knocked him out. 'Wake up Thomas we need you… wake up!' ……….. Prior to the incident. It was nine o'clock on the night before Christmas eve and deep in the city was a young boy of about seventeen y
"Come with me?" Elise said as she ran off and Thomas followed her with his foot sinking in and out of the deep sand. While running forward Elise took out a small sceptre as she circled it in the air and a portal was opened as she and Thomas ran in. Thomas' eyes were widened, while he ran through different portals, first was mountain, second was cliff, third was a forest, and lastly was a strange looking city. It was mystical with different strange colours, machines and individuals; flying trains, riding planes, Flying horses and even human ferries. Everything was a total opposite to how it should be. "Thomas!" Elise interrupted his thought as he turned to see her hands stretched out through another portal. "Come on," Thomas took hold of her hand and she pulled him in as the Portal closed and they both fell on the floor in the woods. "What were you thinking you could have been stuck there," Elise said immediately after they stood on their feet but Thomas ignored her as he looked
"Thomas," he heard someone call as he turned to see Ashley standing in a large field with a beautiful smile spread across her face."Ashley," He muttered then took three steps towards her but stopped as he noticed her countenance change and tears began rolling down her cheeks."I shouldn't have followed you Thomas, if not none of this would have happened, I am sorry. You must save us," she sniffed."What do you mean Ashley?" Thomas furrows his eyebrows and Ashley turns around to a large storm approaching them swiftly. "They are the ones," she points towards the storm as Thomas could see lightning strikes inside the storm and strange alien creatures."Ashley!" he ran towards her to carry her away but before he could get there his eyes fluttered open."Wake up, you must save us before it's too late!" Those words resounded In his ears as he realized it was a dream.'Where am I? I can't see anything,' Thomas whispered to himself as he tried to get up only to realize that his hands and fe
It was already dark and the moonlight wasn't visible since it was covered by the moist cloud, the only light they had were twelve lamps hanging on staffs which ran vertically in twos towards the hole. It was a perfect setting and all he needed to do was sneak out and head far away from the lamps. They dropped the dead body inside the large hole then headed back for the iron stairs but willing to escape, Thomas slacked behind and while others were coming down to dispose the bodies, he sneaked under the iron stairs as he ran off towards the right end of the building. He stopped when he took the turn, then looked forward at the rays of lights hovering on the field and upward to five watchtowers. 'I don't think that this should be difficult. You can do this Thomas. All you need to do is avoid the lights,' He encouraged himself as he forged ahead to the front of the building in which were many watch towers and he didn't care to count. He continued running fast as he could but carefully
