Weekend of bonding
Since it was the weekend, Serah had decided to visit her mother. She took a train to the destination.

Her home was found in a quaint little town called Glasgow. Which nestled between rolling hills and whispering forests, where the sunsets painted the sky in hues of crimson and gold.

Back then she and Ferdinand would play to their satisfaction as kids.

A small white house stood surrounded by a garden blooming with vibrant flowers. This was where Serah's mother resided.

After walking for a while, Serah finally arrived at her mother's doorstep, a smile lighting up her face as she dropped her bag which was in her hand.

The door swung open, revealing her mother's face as she welcomed her daughter with open arms, "Serah, darling, it's so wonderful to see you! Come in, come in."

Serah embraced her mother tightly before extending the bag towards her, "Mom, I brought something for you. Your favorite cookies."
