In a blink of an eye, the street they both fought on was now covered in what looked like a shadow bubble, locking every living creature around inside and also impossible to escape. After lowering the veil, Jo felt his strength dropped drastically which he knew would happen.Once in inside the veil, the enemy's strength gets halved, and the reduced strength of the enemy would be added to the user, making him extremely powerful.
