The triplets
He ignored the unsettling sound and continued on his way, but abruptly stopped again upon hearing the rustling of broken trees. He paused, looking around, but there was no one in sight. Despite feeling certain that he was alone, he couldn't ignore the growing sense of unease. Suddenly, a low growl emanated from behind him. As he turned around, a scream escaped his lips.

***** Peter entered the classroom, as late as ever. The class was its usual noisy self, but today the noise seemed amplified, with everyone engrossed in their own conversations.

"Did you sleep well?" James whined, fully aware that a restful sleep was unlikely after battling a horde of demons. "Yeah, I had pleasant dreams," Peter whined back, questioning the reason behind their incessant chatter.

"We have newcomers," James informed him. "And is that really something worth gossiping about?" Peter retorted.
