67. Wanessa health concern

AT THIRD PERSON

The transition back to everyday life had been smoother than expected, but today was different. They were at the grocery store, stocking up for the week ahead. Wanessa had been a bit quieter than usual, but I chalked it up to the post vacation blues.

As we stood in the produce section, she suddenly swayed and her face went pale.

"Michael, I don't feel so good," she murmured.

Before I could react, she collapsed. Panic surged through me as I dropped the basket and knelt beside her.

"Wanessa! Wanessa, can you hear me?" I called, gently tapping her cheek.

A few concerned shoppers gathered around us, one of them offering to call 911. Michael shook his head.

"No, she’s breathing and I think she just fainted. I need to get her home."Michael said.

With the help of a kind stranger, Michael got her into the car. I drove home as fast as I could, glancing at her every few seconds to make sure she was okay.
