HOUSING

Each place he went seemed like a poor fit. Either the area was too crowded or the curb appeal wasn't right.He needed to find the perfect house and neighborhood just as he was about to walk out of the last real estate place the realtor said.

“You know, beggars can't be choosers. If you want a nicer place, you need to be willing to spend more money. You need to look in nicer areas”. Brian paused.

“That's it”, he thought. He hadn't been ambitious enough in his search for a house.

He drove directly to the sales office of the area he had in mind and found that there weren't many people there.

He listened to the salesperson, discussed the price and details of the homes available, and building.

“These houses are the best in the area, but that is also made them the hardest to sell”, the salesperson explained.
