" What do you mean by that?" Jack asked in shock. Who would dare to kidnap him? He thought and scoffed. While he was poor, he used to be so scared of any form of attack and that was because Clara was too beautiful. He used to be scared of the money involved. They could either kill him because they wanted Clara or take Clara because he may not have the money! Who would want to kidnap him without wanting money back then?
