As Richard walked aimlessly on the street of Vatican town,he couldn't help but keep thinking about what Jane said that he can't take care of her.

He couldn't believe that someone he loved and out of his whole heart could betray him like this.He loved Maya with his whole heart and he thought she loved him as well.He had never hated being so poor his entire life.

He looked around his surroundings and saw that he was now at an open field. The moon shone brightly on the field, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. He sat down on the bench and closed his eyes.

The day's events started running through his mind and a myriad of emotions ran through his heart. He regretted being poor today. How good would it have been if he had an abundance of wealth? If it was so no one would look down on him.He wouldn't lose Jane to someone like Dominic.Afterall women love money and he wouldn't have been disturbed about any of them since he will have a good number of them fighting over him.

He sighed. It was only wishful thinking. He doesn't have an abundance of wealth and there was no hope he will get one anytime soon.He was just Richard Morgan,a poor university student.

Richard sat there in silence, staring at the moon and numerous stars scattered across the sky.

He was still gazing at the stars when he saw a black and white car coming towards his direction. At first he wasn't bothered but he discovered the cars kept coming close to him.

“Is it time for me to take my leave? What if they are kidnappers?” Richard thought to himself.

Richard suddenly laughed at himself.Kidnapper? As if.He was a poor as a church rat.Kidnapprs usually did their research. They would never waste their time on someone as poor and miserable as him.

The two cars came to a stop a few feet away from where Richard sat on the bench.Although Richard was poor, it didn't mean he could not tell an expensive car from a glance. After all,he attended Willowbrook University,a top university that had a lot of rich kids attending it.

The door of the car opened and a man stepped out. He was wearing a black suit. The man looked to be in his late 40s.His black three piece suit looked very expensive and the man smelled of luxury. His hair was neat styled and his beards properly shaved.

Richard looked at the man in confusion. He wondered what a big man like him was doing here.As the man walked toward him,Richard was in awe and he found himself sweating profusely.

As the man walked closer to him he couldn't help but was terrified.

“Young Master Richard,we have finally found you” The man said with a smile on his face.

Richard looked at the man in shock.

“Young master Richard?”

The man nodded, and Richard stood still in shock.

“That's right.I have finally found you, young master Richard.

“Are you sure you don't have the wrong person?” Richard asked in a skeptical tone he was completely confused as to why a wealthy person would act so respectful and call him “Young master Richard”.

“Of course not,Young master Richard”.The man answered with a tone of conviction. He had searched for a long time and finally found the young master here. There was no way he could mistake him for another person.

Richard looked at the man again. At first he had thought it was all a dream but had to face the truth that there was actually a young man who was calling him young master Richard.

“Please come with me,young master Richard. My master has been waiting to meet you for a long time now”.

Richard looked at the middle aged man again.Everything was happening so fast to him.It hadn't been an hour since he broke up with Jane and now someone he had never seen was here claiming that an unknown master wanted to see him.

Richard sighed before nodding his head.He knew that he had nothing to lose.He was just a poor student trying to survive and If this unknown wealthy man wanted him to come along with him,he was willing to go.

“Alright, take me to see this master of yours.” Richard said.

“Ofcourse young master Richard!”The man said, bowing deeply to Richard.Richard paid the man no heed.He was curious to know who the master was and why he had sent someone to meet him.

The man led Richard to the expensive looking car.He assisted Richard with the door.

Richard could see the symbol of the car that it was a Rolls-Royce car.He knew that Rolls-Royce cars of this model were very expensive. He wondered what the Identity of the master was.Afterall, anyone who could afford such a car was definitely rich.

The duo entered the car,and the driver drove the car and they zoomed off.

The ride was silent as neither of them spoke to each other. The middle aged man identified himself as James tried to start a conversation with Richard but he was too tense to answer any of the questions when James noticed it he decided to keep quiet and quit bothering Richard with any more questions.

After driving for two hours, the.var finally came to stop in front of a gigantic gate.Richard found himself marveled at the design of the gate.He had never seen something as majestic and luxurious as this. The gigantic gate seemed to be made of gold as it radiates a brilliant gold appearance.

Richard was wowed by the luxurious design of the gate.He wondered that if the gate was as luxurious as this then what was inside would be so grand to see.

After the security guards at the gate have thoroughly checked them, the car made it way past the gates. At the sight of the entrance,Richard found himself dumbfounded. He was unable to utter a single word and was completely thrilled.

What was beyond the majestic gate was an immense mansion that its design looked unreal. The whole mansion speaks luxury and majesty. The building was surrounded with beautiful flowers.

There was a beautiful fountain in the middle of the mansion and a beautiful carving was on top of the fountain.Richard was marveled at the sight of the water sprouting from the fountain and sparkling under the moonlight.

The car slowed down for Richard to get a clear view of everything he wanted to see.

Finally, the car came to a stop at the entrance of the mansion. The driver quickly came down to open the door for the duo, before getting back into the car and driving off.Richard stared at the Roll-Royce longingly.James noticed this and he tapped on Richard to male it clear to him that the cars were not up to his standard.

Richard noded and kept mute but grumbled in his heart. Is this how the rich think and behave.

“Not up to my standards? It's a great honor to be here,it still feels like a dream that I'm actually at a place as luxurious as this!”

James didn't see anything wrong with Richard's response and smiled. He bowed his head before gesturing his hand.

“This way,young master Richard”

Richard nodded and started walking past the hallway of the luxurious house. He was amazed at the beautiful paintings on the wall and the creative designs.

They walked for a few more minutes, passing several paintings and luxury items before coming to a stop in front of a door.

James stepped forward and knocked twice on the door. There was a voice from inside which sounded tired and weak permitted them to come in.

James stepped backward to lead Richard to the room.

“After you,young master Richard”

Richard paid little attention to James' behaviour. His heart was beating very rapidly as he stood there. He was sure that the person behind the door was the master James was talking about, the master who instructed James to find him and bring him all the way here.

Richard took a deep breath and took up courage as he approached the door.He opened the door and stepped inside the room.It was time to meet the master
