CHAPTER 44 - The Creature In The Tunnel

It moved.

No it was moving!

Tisane's body trembled greatly as he witnessed such a gigantic 'wall' moving suddenly.

Even when a distance between him and the 'wall' was created, he still felt tiny before it.

It was like standing at the base of mount Everest!

Tisane suddenly had the scary thought of the 'wall' falling down on him as he desperately tried to create more distance.

But he discovered that he couldn't move.

Well he could move his arms and legs.

But it was like being out in space and becoming suspended in the 'air'.

Tisane knew that the only way he would be able to 'move' was if he could fly.

He could only watch helplessly as the 'wall' continued to 'move'.

But it's movement was not towards him or sideways or upwards.

It was downwards.

The 'wall' was 'moving' down.

And as it moved down, it made huge pounding sounds.

Like a bunch of humongous stones falling to the ground.
