Chapter Ninety-Nine

It was the weekend already, and Henry was expecting Natasha. He went around, instructing the maids on what to do as they cleaned the house.

Madame Gu had left on a business trip the previous day, and she would not be back until after three days. Henry had the whole house to himself.

"Take the flowers and place them behind the other chair."

Henry walked around the sitting room, spotting things and trying to picture where they would look better.

"This flower pot looks old. Take it behind. Bring the other one behind forward... it has nicer flowers."

He darted his eyes around the sitting room and sighed satisfactorily. He noticed that the pillows and some of the couch towels needed to be changed.

"This towel needs to be washed. Take them away and replace them right away."

He moved to the kitchen. The maids were doing a very good job there. They had cleaned up the kitchen and arranged it. There was no correction for him to make. He sighed.
