Chapter One Hundred and Twenty Seven

"Long day?" Henry heard in the dark as soon he got into the house. He paused in his tracks and turned on the light to see his mother sitting on the couch with her laptop in front of her. She also had a mug of coffee on the table in front of her.

"Mom? You are still up?" He asked and walked towards her.

"Yes." She said and took a long sip from her cup of coffee. "I decided to do a little survey on the company."

Henry ran his hand over his head and sighed deeply. He knew his mother was worried about him, he knew she wanted to keep tabs on the company and make sure he did not make any mistakes. But he wished she would not worry so much.

He thought of telling her that he had found the financial glitch she talked about, he wanted to tell her how he thought it was someone close by and had to be a close member of the Floater family.

But he immediately decided against it. It was something he could handle on his own.

"Don't stay up too late, mom." He told her instead.
