A somewhat balding man stood next to her.

When the man saw Faye, he could not look away.

Faye was taken aback. "Peach, why are you here?"

She then told Seth, "Mr. Yeager, Peach here is my colleague."

Peach crossed her arms and sneered at Seth. "Don't be so gullible, Faye.

"This kid probably isn't even twenty years old. How capable can he be?

"If you ask me, he's totally lying to you. There are too many love scammers around these days. Don't let him fool you."

Faye was a little angry, but she suppressed her rage. "Peach, I think you've misunderstood. Mr. Yeager is my friend. and he's the real deal."

Peach snorted and looked at Seth. "Do you even make five thousand a month? I've heard that some interns only make two or three thousand."

Seth picked up his juice and took a sip. He did not even look at her.

This woman was obviously the arrogant, opportunistic sort.
