Everything Looks Fine Until Evening Falls

Everyone in the tribe was silent as statues for a moment. Then as the black smoke cleared, everyone seemed to come back to life after turning into statues. I don't know what happened, but they seem to be more expressive now.

“You can now hunt during the day without fear. Use another totem to deal with the bloody marks at night because I'm going to rest. Go now!” she exclaimed.

All members of the tribe shouted with joy. They would actually be free from hunger and would probably win against multiple beasts at once during the day without dying while hunting. I am happy to see their happy faces. I feel like this is the first time I'm genuinely happy.
