It’s All My Fault

I looked up at the sky where The Red Moon with its bloody marks looked real. We were in a very weak state even though various magic and flashing flames had been used to improve our health condition by the priests, but it wasn't enough. The Shadow Society and the palace troops seem completely unaffected by the bloody marks.

“We can't win this battle…” I said weakly when I looked around, there were so many tribe members who had become victims.

However, at the same time I realized, I hadn't seen The High Priest since the war.

"Where's The High Priest?" I asked.

However, no one heard my question. Everyone was busy in the battle for we were almost driven back.

A golden light was thrown towards me, just like my strength that came from the remnants of The Golden Tree. The soldiers of The Shadow Society have also mastered it. I dodged it quickly, then countered the attack.
