I was surprised to hear the hissing voice answering abruptly.

‘What is it?’ Rex asked.

Rex couldn't hear the hissing sound, but he could tell what was going on. I didn't answer Rex's question, because I had to focus on listening to the hissing sound.

“Shadow Diamond Totem, is that you?” I asked.

“Yes, Rex Hito…” he said.

I didn't expect I could communicate this easily with the totem. If so, maybe my job will be much easier.

"So, how do I revive you?" I asked.

This a question that sounds silly, but in my opinion the most reasonable. Fortunately, Rex chose to remain silent. Sometimes this kid knows when to be quiet and that makes me a little relieved.

“Use all your strength…” he whispered in his terrible voice.

“The whole thing? I could die!” I shouted.

"So?" he asked.

Over time I became annoyed with this annoying totem.

"You think I'd die just to revive you?" I asked.

“It was a worthy sacrifice, Rex Hito…” he replied.

“What? Do you think I want to do that? In your dreams!” I shouted.

“Y-you… You are the Shadow Diamond Totem?” I stammered.I can't believe what I see. Am I hallucinating? How could what I see be a totem? She is clearly a very beautiful woman. And to the best of my knowledge, I mean Rex's knowledge, there is no totem like this. All totems are objects, stones, or something like that."Of course. What do you think I am?” she asked. So I have resurrected a totem that turns out to be really alive and almost dead from running out of energy. Then the totem resurrected me with a kiss? This is something completely unexpected. After all, Rex was a child. He shouldn't accept a kiss like that from a grown woman. It feels so wrong. Wait… wait… I haven't heard Rex since earlier. What happened to him?“You are looking for your little friend?” he asked as if she could read my mind.“Y-you… Where are you going?” I asked.I need to know where Rex is and what to do. It's Rex's body and I don't want to get rid of its original owner. The woman laughed. This laugh should

  • Totem Warrior   Everything Looks Fine Until Evening Falls

Everyone in the tribe was silent as statues for a moment. Then as the black smoke cleared, everyone seemed to come back to life after turning into statues. I don't know what happened, but they seem to be more expressive now.“You can now hunt during the day without fear. Use another totem to deal with the bloody marks at night because I'm going to rest. Go now!” she exclaimed. All members of the tribe shouted with joy. They would actually be free from hunger and would probably win against multiple beasts at once during the day without dying while hunting. I am happy to see their happy faces. I feel like this is the first time I'm genuinely happy.Without realizing it, she was looking at me with her beautiful eyes. I swallow hard at it.“When the sun goes down, come here,” she told me.I didn't answer and she didn't seem to be waiting for my answer. The woman quickly reentered the dome and closed the entrance. From the outside, I could see black smoke swirling inside, but I had no idea

  • Totem Warrior   A Very Strange Night!

I stepped toward the dome. While walking, I looked to the right and left. Everyone in this tribe who didn't join the hunt was truly a weakling. Small children playing around, old people who could only sit or lie down, and some teenagers who had not yet been awakened. The kitchen section is occupied by women who have not been awakened in their entire lives. They watched as I walked and I tried to look away. Maybe they're wondering why I'm going to the dome alone in the middle of the night like this. However, I ignored their curious faces because I had to get to Shady's dome before she got angry.I hastened my steps and arrived at the dome. When I arrived the door was already open."Hello?" I asked as I stepped inside.Since the door was open, I think she did tell me to come straight in. However, when I stepped inside, I was so surprised because the room inside the big dome had completely changed. The last time I was here there was only a barren wasteland. Now inside it has turned into

I can't stop kissing those soft lips and my hands started to touch her slim waist. I realized that the dress she was wearing was open at the back and I could feel the soft skin on her back. I don't even care about the power of the golden tree flowing out of my body anymore because it's too intoxicating. Maybe it's because she's too pretty, or maybe it's because I haven't channeled my desires in a long time. After what my damn ex-girlfriend did, I've never done it with anyone again.Shady didn't resist when my hands started playing around her body. However, a second later, she released her lips from mine. I was surprised that she suddenly stopped, but her mischievous look made it clear to me that she wanted more than just fondling.Shady stepped back and I understood that she wanted to take me to her sparkling bed. I smiled crookedly and followed her steps towards it. With passion, I slam Shady's body rather roughly onto her soft, fur-covered bed, just like any other bed in this tribe.

I got up and walked towards the gate to see what was going on. From a distance, I saw the Shadow Totem Tribe really come back here. Eat it,” he said as he handed me a plate of large pieces of beast meat on my plate.I'm getting used to the taste and smell and my stomach is starting to feel empty because of it. I decided to eat and ignore the warriors who came back from the hunt prematurely."Thank you," I said to him.He just smiled and returned to the kitchen. Several women started preparing in the kitchen with him, it seemed they also noticed the arrival of the totem warriors who were on their way home."They came home early?" I asked while chewing on the beast meat.“I think so,” replied one of the women.I nodded. So this is out of the ordinary for them. I'm a little curious to why they come back so soon. Do

“I have to get ready together with the others,” I said. I took my feet quickly to another place, away from Shady. Luckily Rex hadn't said anything yet. I tried to connect with Rex, tried to explore his thoughts, but I haven't been able to find what he really wanted to talk about.“Rex,” I whispered as I pretended to choose a weapon. The Totem Warrior who asked me earlier came running over while bringing me my sword and all my equipment which I thought was gone. He also brought all the bags from Mora to me. However, Rex still remained silent and I was a little worried about him. I feel Rex is still there and he seems fine but why is he so quiet?“Thank you,” I said to the totem warrior who brought my things. While wondering what was wrong with Rex, I started to wear my sword at my waist. I put all the little bags from Mora in one bag made of ox skin. I wear it like a sling bag.
