The Snake couldn't stand the pain that it was in and tried to break free and even raised its head to bite the wolf.

The Silvery White wolf jumped from its position and while it did so it released another piercing sound wave that made the snake hit the ground again being stunned.

Not wanting to waste anymore time, the wolf raised its paw and slashed at the snake thereby ending its life.

Even while killing the snake the eyes were still shut. Shawn who had watched this had made three conclusion's. One was that the wolf had somehow evolved into having silvery gray fur.

Two was that it was good at attacking and its sound wave howl showed that it was a mana and physical energy user which was rare in the world.

Three was that it could still fight and sense the enemy with its eyes closed only showed that it was a very sensitive wolf. It seems like this wolf has been learning some jujitsu from somewhere.

But the next thing that made him shocked was when the wolf went to the river and washed its eyes before opening them. Although not opened fully they still had a decent vision to provide.

"Enduring that stinging pain of poison till that moment who was it that taught you how to resist poison" he said.

"Wait, could it be," said Shawn.

Before he knew it the wolf proceeded to raise its two hind legs up while standing on the other two. Although it was for a short moment, Shawn was already blown away by what he saw.

"System what level is this wolf in"

(I forgot to add it into the story Shawn had been asked if he wanted to add levels for evolutions and he replied Yes)

*The wolf had recently just reached the level 25*

"What level was the snake?" he asked.

*Level 18*

"No wonder. The snake was literally asking for death" he thought.

"But at the same time this wolf's skin is not native the the southeastern plains how did it appear here"

*Wolf has an hidden evolution*

"What and how?" Shawn asked.

*Apparently, wolf had undergo evolution from birth after being born in a place with dense mana energy and being taught the use of physical energy by clan*

"So the silvery white skin is because of its evolution from birth? But why didn't the parents absorb the mana energy?"

*Parents constitution and physical energy had already become effective on them so they could not absorb mana energy*

"Oh right. Their bodies had already become used to physical energy so they couldn't absorb mana. Thanks system"

*You're welcome*

"Apart from this wolf how many more creatures have both mana and physical energy and are both in the level 22 to 25"

*Three more*

"Show me"

The world zoomed in and showed the life of a bear, cat and crocodile.

"Alright. This better be interesting. These four candidate's are the best fit to be among the first overseer's but first I want to see who will reach the level 26 to 30"

"System fast forward time to the next 10 years"

*Processing.... Deducting 50 CP from the host.*

The World fast forwarded into 10 years later.

The four images instantly changed to 2. Apparently, the Croc and the Wolf were still left after ten years as they had evolved.

The Wolf had gone forward to create its own clan whereby their skin was silvery brown which was as a result of genetics. Only three out of the wolves clan had the pure silvery white skin of their clan founder.

The Croc was in level 29 while the wolf was in level 27. The Croc happened to live in the western jungles of the southern continent where it had founded its own tribe of crocodiles.

There was nothing really impressive about it except from clashing crocodiles all vying for the top spot and so on. The Wolf's clan however, had both mana or physical energy users.

The only one that was a pure user of both energies was the wolf clan founder.

After weighing the pros and cons Shawn decided to choose the wolf clan first as they had diversity but the crocodile clan was not going to leave his sight. He wanted to see if they could still evolve and make something that he knew was worth it. Should the crocodiles be able to use mana that will be cool.

"System. How can I make an overseer"

*Host just has to open the panel button. Go to the overseer's tab and choose the intended creature to be made*

"Shawn opened the panel, pressed the world button and clicked on the overseer's tab. He clicked on a new overseer and he had a visual view of his world. After searching for a few minutes, he finally found the wolf clan and they were situated around an open field.

"The more reason why an overseer needs to be picked from their clan" he thought. "It will be a shame should the other races come and exterminate these wolves or drive them out"

Shawn, using the view, entered the clan's location where he saw the founder wolf resting on a big rock.

He pointed his finger at the wolf and a strange looking string came out of his fingers and into the wolf's body. *You can now communicate with chosen overseer*

The Wolf that was resting stood up from its position as it saw Shawn.

"Hello there young wolf" said Shawn.

"Who are you?" said the wolf as it growled at Shawn.

"Now now now. Is this how you treat the one who is going to make you stronger" Shawn said while smiling.

The Wolves eyes widened as it looked around and sensed that it was only itself that could see Shawn

It turned back with even fierce eyes "Who exactly are you?"

"The one who placed your ancestors into this world"Shawn replied.

The wolf upon receiving the reply said. "You're the one who made my race?"

"Not just your race. The realm that you currently live in"

Upon hearing the reply again the wolf's eyes widened and it stood still before it bent its head. The surrounding wolves wondered what was wrong with their clan head had he gone nuts or something.

"What can I do for you creator...."

"Just address me as Master Shawn as you have caught my eye with your use of both mana and physical energy."

"But that shouldn't warrant your presence in this place. Surely I do not believe that their are not others stronger than me"

"There are but your clan's qualities made me to come here"

"Then may I ask why you are here? It can't be to just visit my clan" the wolf said.

"I have a gift to give you. Upon receiving this gift you will have a prolonged life and become stronger than before" he said.

"But there is a requirement and that is for you and your clan to guard this place for as long as I still say that you must remain. After all for your clan to be dominate these region is not easy at all"

"I will ensure that I do as you have told me"

"The. In that case there is no need to delay. Receive your gift" Shawn said as he placed his finger towards the wolf's forehead.

A golden string shot out of his finger and to the wolf. After the string had passed to come in contact with the wolf. It released a piercing howl as its skin began to glow and it started to roll on the ground.

The wolves who watched this were wondering what exactly was wrong with their clan head and founder and also worried. After a few minutes, the wolf stopped rolling and stood up revealing a pair of short horns and its silvery white skin had become brighter as it shone like the moon.

"Thank you," the wolf said.

"From now on you do not need to worry about your clan after you die. You can still protect them for a longer time. As long as you and your clan guards these plains you will flourish"

"What is your name?" Shawn asked

"I am Blan" the wolf said.

"Good. Blan if you can improve further and impress me with your skills then I can give you and your race something special" Shawn said before he disappeared.

"I will keep your words in mind," Blan said as he turned to face the other wolves.

Shawn appeared in the empty room.

"Why did you send me back I wasn't done yet"

*Host only wanted to choose an overseer not to have chitty chitty chat chat with a wolf*

"Hey"

*Am I wrong*

"I do admit that I was quite getting into the flow until you ruined it"

"...."

"Next time unless I say we can go in my mind do not just pull me out like that"

*Alright Sir*

"Good"

The winter thorns walked towards the dome-shaped houses in the center that had a tower protruding from it like a house with a chimney. The doors to the house were guarded by four thawns and opened when they approached. As they entered, a thawn with markings made from crystals that seemed to be glued to her face was sitting on the ice surface. In front of her was a pile of logs that burned brightly, ironic for a place with no wooden beam covering its inner shell. The Thawns then sat on the floor and waited for her to open her eyes. Once she did, they spotted a glint, "I trust that the hunt was a successful one." She said."Yes Voice of Ulkezi," said Zemo. The female Thawn then closed her eyes again and stretched her hand with crystal markings towards the fire. Her hands began to shake, letting specks of crystal dust into the fire.
