Shocking revelation.

"Is there anything on with you? Do you always attack everyone that touches you?" Zoey stopped walking and face Tiffany who looked cold as usual.

"Why would she touch me?" Tiffany raised a brow.

"Tiffany..."

"What?"

"This is high school life. Things like this are bound to happen, you can't always beat everyone that touches you," Zoey exhaled and tried to reach out to her.

"Oh, you don't like people touching you," Zoey shook her head.

"Are you angry?" Tiffany looked closely at her.

"No, but I really do not want people to be scared of you. I don't want you to earn a bad name for yourself. Fine, you are an introvert but you should not always act intimidating. I understand you are just trying to draw a line, but..."

"Do you hàte me already?" Tiffany raised a brow.

"What?" Zoey creased her brow.

What is this girl talking about now?

"I mean..."

"I don't hàte you, so shut your mouth and let's leave for class," Zoey groaned and grabbed her hand.

"Zoey..."

"Don't say anything and just follow me," Zoey hissed and pulled her along.

Tiffany inhaled deeply and simply allow the girl to pull her along.

"Boss," the guy student, Mich entered the Lounge where the Dax always stay whenever they were not in class.

"The new girl, erm, what's her name?" Declan glanced at Xyler who was smoking then at Aiden who was doing whatever on his phone.

"You don't expect me to know that? I heard that bîtch refused to introduce herself at the gathering," Xyler said after he released a puff.

"Her name is Tiffany, she introduced herself at the class this morning," Mich answered.

"Tiffany..." Declan nodded his head.

"I want you to find everything I need to know about her. Anything that could ruin her reputation at least, or something I can blackmail her with," Declan said.

"Yes, sir," Mich said, and Declan threw a bundle of dollar notes on the floor.

"Expect more if you can find good information about her. Leave," Declan removed a stick of cigarettes from its box and put it in his mouth.

"You really wanna do this?" Xyler asked as he threw a lighter at Declan.

"That bîtch messed with me, and I'm going to treat her fûck up," Declan answered then lit his cigar.

"Hey, Aiden," Declan called out.

"Yeah, bro?" Aiden answered with a soft smile.

"What do you say about it? How should I begin with my revenge on her?" Declan smirked.

"I think she's cute," Aiden chuckled and Xyler turned to look at him.

"I mean, how can she be fierce yet cute at the same time, yeah?" Aiden smiled and Declan hissed loudly.

"You know, I've always found this dude annoying. I mean, what the fûck is wrong you?" Xyler stood up in anger.

"Dude, Declan and I was the one having this conversation. You should learn to keep your mouth shut when you are not invited in conversations," Aiden glared at him.

"When the fûck will you guys learn to agree with each other? I mean, you guys ain't kids!" Declan yelled.

"Tell him to fûck off my face," Xyler adjusted his collar in disgust.

"It sucks so much to breathe the same air as you do," Aiden smirked coldly and stood up.

"You son of an imbecile," Xyler groaned through gritted teeth.

"What did you just say?" Aiden furrowed his brow and turned to look at Xyler.

"I heard. Your dad is dumb. Damn, I wonder where he went that he came...''

"Bàstàrd!" Aiden punched his face immediately.

"I expect more from you, Declan," Aiden shook his head in disbelief, grabbed his phone, and walked out of the lounge.

"I fûcking told you not to mention it to him! I am the only one who knew about his family's condition!" Declan stood up and ran his hand through his hair in anger.

"What was I supposed to do? That dude acts like nothing could annoy him in this world," Xyler rolled his eyes.

After school hours.

"Let's hang around before we go home," Zoey nudged Tiffany childishly.

"I'm sorry, but I don't have any time to spare," Tiffany answered as they both walked outside the school premises.

"Tiff baby," Zoey pouted, trying to convince her.

"I have a part-time job which I resume from five till nine. I wish to hang out with you, but I can't," Tiffany explained.

"You have a part-time job? Which work is is that?" Zoey asked with a fallen countenance.

"I work at a sandwich bar," Tiffany answered.

"Really? Are you good with it? I mean, is it not stressful?" Zoey asked.

"It's cool, as far I get money from it. I'm totally cool with it," Tiffany said with a faint smile.

"Well..." Zoey shrugged her shoulder off.

"Don't worry, I'm free on Sundays. We can always hang around then. I gotta go, okay?"

"Okay, take care of yourself and don't beat people up, okay?" Zoey said and Tiffany laughed.

"Okay."

**

After working non-stop from five till nine at the sandwich shop, Tiffany yawned lazily and walked out of the counter. She arranged everywhere and cleaned all the specks of dirt their customers had dropped then collapsed on one of the chairs.

Her boss had come an hour before and had given her her paycheck for the day then left.

After resting for a while, Tiffany stood up, grabbed her belonging, walked out of the sandwich bar, locked the door then headed for home.

As she walked, she removed her phone and earpiece from her bag as she had always done, then prepared to listen to a song when someone ran past her.

As she looked at the guy running slowly ahead of her, she felt another person run past her, this time something seemed odd.

That motherfûcking àsshólé had just snatched her bag. And the bag had her paycheck for the day in it!

"Shît!" Tiffany shouted and began to run after them.

"You are a dead meat once I catch you, trust me!" Tiffany screamed as she saw the guy who snatched her bag throw it at the first guy that brushed past her.

Gosh! Her life depends on every bit of money she earns.

However, someone suddenly appeared in front of those guys and which made them stop running abruptly.

Tiffany sighed in relief as she noticed the guy who had begun to throw punches at the guys then decreased her pace.

She was tired as she was and those asshôlés decided to trouble her heart at that moment.

Tsk...

"Is this yours?" the guy asked as soon as she got to where he was with the two guys that stole the bag on their knees.

"Dàmn, you are a lifesaver. It is mine," Tiffany inhaled deeply.

"Should I call the cops?" the guy asked as he hand over the bag to her.

''They will be released anyways. I'll do the justice, those asshólés dares to steal from me," Tiffany groaned, threw the bag at back, folded her long-sleeved cloth, preparing to fight.

"You want to beat them up?" the guy asked with a laugh.

"Of course! That way, they will..."

"Nah, that's not going to happen. How about you just let them go? You have your bag already," the guy asked and kicked the guys gently on their butt.

"Ah...'' Tiffany groaned and the guys crawled past her hurriedly.

"It's dangerous walking late at night by the way. You are a lady," Tiffany heard the guy say and pressed the power button of her phone to check the time.

However, as the light reflected on her face, the guy stepped closer, wondering where he had seen this lady.

"You...?" he said, removed his phone from his pocket, on the torchlight of his phone, and pointed it at Tiffany's face.

"It's you, the new girl at Western high," Tiffany heard the guy and creased her brow then put on her torchlight.

"You?" Tiffany muttered as she remembered the guy who laughed after she dealt with Declan at the cafeteria.

Wait, this guy was also a member of the DAX.

His name...?

Aiden. Yes, Aiden.

"Woah, can't believe I'm meeting the superwoman, may I get your autograph, please?" Aiden joked and Tiffany snorted.

"It's not funny," Tiffany rolled her eyes.

"Well, what are you doing around here?" Aiden asked.

"Don't ask me silly questions," Tiffany eyed him then begin to walk away.

"Is this how you treat your life safer?'' Aiden joked and Tiffany stopped walking.

"To héll with you. Lifesaver? As if," Tiffany rolled her eyes then continued walking.

"Man, she's fierce," Tiffany heard him say even though he had whispered it.

"Human! How dare you give him a cold shoulder?!" Tiffany heard the deep, frightening voice within her and she stop walking.

"What did you just say?" She looked back at Aiden who was still standing on the spot she had left him.

"Me? I didn't say anything," Aiden waved his hand at her.

"Girl, listen to me and loosen up! Don't chase away the person that is capable of setting me free!" she heard the voice inside of her again.

A voice she never knew existed.

A voice she had never heard until today, this afternoon, at the cafeteria when she met the Dax or whatever they are. And now, this night.

Who the hell was talking inside of her?

Wait, is that even possible?

"What is wrong with you?" Tiffany gasped as she felt the presence of Aiden before her.

"Stay away from me!" Tiffany yelled.

"Y...you are jinxed! Strange things began to happen the moment I met you. Stay away!" Tiffany screamed and began to run away.

"What was that?" Aiden creased his brow.

"Jinxed? As if! Human, let me be free!" Tiffany heard within her again.

''Who are you?!'' She screamed and stop walking.

"Hahaha, it feels so good that we can communicate," Tiffany heard a thunderous laugh and she covered her ear.

"Reveal yourself," she breathed heavily and looked around.

"At least, I can control your mind. Feels good a little," she heard again.

"Who are you?''

"Reveal yourself!" Tiffany screamed.

When she heard nothing again, she inhaled deeply and rushed home.

Tiffany sighed for the umpteenth time as she lay on her tiny mattress thinking back at what happened earlier. She couldn't stop tossing around as her mind replayed each word she heard within her.

All of a sudden, she felt a presence in her tiny room as she felt a glow through her closed eyes.

She opened her eyes slowly and saw two people standing above her and she stood up hurriedly.

She looked at the young beautiful woman who had silver flame coming out of her body then glanced at the man who had green flames coming out of his body.

Were these people human?

They were dressed in elegant ancient costumes and they were the most beautiful people she had ever seen in her entire life.

"W...who are you?" Tiffany finally breathed out.

"Wait, can she see us?" the mountain guardian glanced at the lion spirit.

"I don't think so, she should not be able to see us," the lion spirit shook her head.

"Then am I asking the wall whom it is?'' Tiffany creased her brow.

"Who are you guys?"

"You can see us?" the mountain guardian walks towards her.

"What are you talking about? Do you rub your body with an invisible cream and you are trying to see if it will work by coming here. What am I even saying, is there an invisible cream? Who are you guys?" Tiffany asked, trying to hide the fact that she was scared.

"How could we not think it through? Akilang is inside her, she definitely possesses few powers," the lion spirit whispered to the mountain guardian.

"How did you guys get in here? I'm sure I locked the door."

"Human," the mountain guardian began.

"Human? Human? Are you not a human?" Tiffany creased her brow.

''I am the guardian of Sabalem mountain," the young man said.

"What? What is that?"

"Listen, now that you met him. You are dangerous to your fellow human. You..."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Tiffany tilted her head.

"Did you not hear something strange within you today?" The lion spirit asked.

"What?" Tiffany whispered as her mind drifted back to those words.

¶"That human is here."¶

¶"Human! How dare you give him a cold shoulder?!"¶

"Listen, you have to be careful..."

"What is wrong with me? Am I a wîtch? What the héll am I?!" Tiffany yelled.

"Listen, you are a human. It will be dangerous for you to know everything now but know this, learn to keep your anger in check. If you lost your temper, you could... You could kîll a human," Tiffany heard then looked up slowly.

"W...what do you mean?" Tiffany stuttered.

"Earlier today, you attacked a female, do you know you could have kîlled her if your friend hadn't stopped you?" The lion spirit looked at the expression on her face.

Fear. Disbelief. Anger.

"I..."

"Just know this, there is a creature inside you. And it will only surface when you are angry, that way, it can manipulate you to do the worst," the mountain guardian said.

"What the hell are..."

"Don't get mad no matter what. Now that the human is near, Akilang is on the verge of taking control over your body," the lion spirit said and Tiffany shook her head in disbelief.

"Lie. Total lie. How dare you think I'll believe whatever rubbish you sprout?" Tiffany frowned her face.

"The tree on your shoulder. It symbolizes the creature trapped in you," the lion spirit said and turned into a lion.

"Save the people around you by not getting angry," with that, the lion spirit vanished and the mountain guardian disappeared.

Tiffany fell on her knees as soon as she watched them vanish.

If everything they had said was true.

Then, she was dangerous. Absolutely dangerous.
