As the Peters strode into the mansion, their entrance had not gone unnoticed. Mrs. Williams commented, "That was quite an expensive car," referring to the Mercedes Benz that had announced their arrival.

Mrs. Peters, clearly reveling in the attention, replied with a hint of pride, "You can say that again. We only deserve the best, after all."

The two women continued exchanging pleasantries, their conversation laced with a subtle air of competitiveness.

Jeremy and Avery exchanged knowing smirks as they observed the Peters, basking in their perceived extravagance and magnificence.

Even though the Peters were putting on quite a show, both Jeremy and Avery were well aware that their extravagant appearance was nothing but fake.
