“You are not Nathan? Then who are you? If you don’t leave me, I will scream for help now,” Karina warned him. However, Alex was stubborn about enjoying her that night so he had other plans and he immediately lifted her up in his arms and walked towards the lift.

As he was about to enter the lift, someone called him “Mr. Alex" from behind, making him halt in his steps and turn around. Alice was standing there, huffing, trying to catch her breath.

“Miss Blackwood, what happened to her? I have been calling her for a long time,” Alice said, trying to wake up Karina. She patted her cheeks.

“She won’t wake up, as she has drunk a lot. She won’t be able to wake up now so I thought to make her rest in the room upstairs,” Alex explained. Alice is still believing Alex that he is taking care of her out of love.
