"Well, I've known Jordan since he was a kid." Chief Jim whispered back.

"He's still a kid though, just be more specific." Scott uttered silently.

Chief Jim sighed before responding.

"I met him during the gang warfare. He had just lost both parents and siblings to the warfare, so I had to save him and took him under my wing. I basically taught him all he knows about being an officer." Chief Jim spoke in a hushed tone.

Hearing the words of Chief Jim, Scott nodded and he didn't bother asking further questions. He remained there in silence with looks of contemplation evident on his face.

He shifted his gaze towards Jordan who was still dragging Barry's body to the edge of the bridge. He finally arrived on the edge and tossed him off the bridge.

A loud splashing sound was heard as Barry's body landed inside the river and began to float away slowly. After making sure he was out if view, Jordan turned around and walked back to the duo.
