Scott glanced at Caroline's face for a few moments after hearing the words she spoke before walking past her with an emotionless look evident on his face.

"I see. You finally got what you wanted, eh? Your father has finally made you his next of kin." Scott uttered, his expression calm and collected as he walked forward slowly while glancing around the room. "So what's your plan now? Oh, wait, don't tell me. You are going to kill me to make sure I don't spill your secret, and then kill your father to inherit his properties. Eh?" Scott added.

"That's pretty much it. However, I can't kill my father now because because he currently has a lot of enemies and if I should take over his Empire his enemies will automatically become my enemies. I'll have to wait for him to take care of those enemies before proceeding with my plan." Caroline responded cunningly.

"You mean proceed to killing him?" Scot chimed in.

"Yes. Once all his enemies are gone I'll have to kill him to get all his properties."
