On the verge of death

The man retrieved his outstretched fist and swung it out once more. Reacting swiftly, Scott ducked low and made the punch go over him by a hair length.

Scott didn't stopped there, he clenched fist and swung out a punch of his own towards the man's chest. Scott's fist traveled to the air at an incredible speed and collided with the man's chest, but there was no single reaction from him.

He still stood tall like nothing just happened which made Scott now had a look of disbelief etched on his face. He used every bit of his energy while delivering the blow but it didn't seem to affect the man one bit.
