They wanted to make sure that the Kazitanis informants working under the syndicate were rooted out but they needed to start from somewhere. Getting one of the informants would go a long way into finding the others. They knew how dangerous the Kazitanis were especially since the moment they kidnapped Ms. Olivia’s daughter.
