Turned the billionaire overnight

Chapter 2

    In a few hours, the party was already over, shocked and terrified that he had seen and verified that his girlfriend had already cheated on him, he watched her over a distance while the guy opened the car door of the Ferrari cars and she sat down like a princess, he watched as the man got into the car and they left. Slowly, he felt so humiliated because he saw few people who knew that they used to be lovers implied their hands at him as they left. It was the minor of his worries but he still felt horrified and humiliated. Could it be that his girlfriend already jilted him or what? What was he? A loser? A bottom-feeder? A worthless being that could be used and abandoned anytime? Was that what he was? 

    How could his girlfriend, whom he had loved so much do this to devastate his heart when he devoted his time to love her and even had to be an instrument because of her? He did everything she had always wanted him to do. She used him, still,  he never grumbled. He did everything she desired. Where had he then ceased to function? Was the love not enough or what? Was the poverty affecting me and was the money I gave her not enough?

     He could not apprehend what he had done to deserve all that. Was it because he did not have a Ferrari or the money? or was it because he did not propose to her the day he asked her out? The funniest part of the situation was that he had intended to do all for her and was also thinking of getting a loan to satisfy her. So, where had he gone wrong for her to humiliate him this way? He thought as he sat down on a lonely seat while he watched the crowd leave. He brought out his phone and called her, maybe she could tell him that it was all a joke. Maybe she could tell him that it was a dream and he should not bother about the situation but then, the more he called, the more she did not pick up.  At that moment,  an idea struck his mind. There was a live video that they mentioned would go on. It was time for that, and he hurriedly switched on his phone and checked on the App that connected students to videos It was recorded on the school blog.

      He hurriedly clicked on it and was shocked to see that his girlfriend was at a very popular five-star hotel alongside the rich guy. Without thinking twice, he rushed over to the hotel with his bike hoping to catch up with them when he couldn't do.

    When he arrived at the car pack, he hurriedly packed his bike and scurried towards the hotel, painting but just as he was about to enter, he was pushed backward. He almost staggered but hurriedly regained his balance and looked at the guards who had an extremely stern look. It looked as if they hated him the moment they had seen him. Was it because he did not have money also? Was that why he was denied also? He thought angrily.

    "It's not meant for someone like you," one of the security guards said harshly at how poorly dressed he was. They had never seen someone as haggard as he was ever since they have been working there, they thought he was probably there to beg or he had missed his way since he was not a guest there. 

"  My girlfriend is there and,...."He was about to say as he rushed forward when they pushed him again.

" Young man, we will like it if you respect yourself, " one of the security guards said again.

Sighing helplessly, he looked at them and went ahead to seat down somewhere around the hotel premises,  hoping that they would at least come out of the hotel but none of them came out. Thoughts that the rich guy could have slept with his girlfriend hurt him deeply and yet, she kept on neglecting his calls. Does this mean that she never loved him? Had he always been a fool of himself thinking he was in love, yet, he was being used? He thought and decrypted to wait until they came out of the hotel.

  He did not care if it would last him a week he was determined to wait for her. Sleep was very far away from him also because of her. If only she would just come out and give him a reasonable explanation of what she was up to but for now, maybe he should stop assuming.

     The next morning, he expected them to be out of the hotel, but he did not see any trace of them.  Even though he was hurt, hungry and weary, he still determines to wait. He knew that no matter what, they would surely come out of the hotel. He was almost dozing off in the afternoon when he suddenly saw both of them coming out of the hotel with his girlfriend's hands clutched tightly to his arms while they chatted and laughed.

 With anger laced in his eyes which were already red, he walked up to them hurriedly which made them stop in their tracks in shock.

'My goodness," His girlfriend yelled out in shock. He looked almost unrecognizable. Tattered, dirty, and angry was his state at the moment. Even the rich guy looked a bit scared but then, he cared less about how they saw him.

He suddenly ran towards the rich Ferrari guy and punched him in annoyance. His girlfriend was afraid and immediately screamed to call the attention of the hotel security guards to intervene in the matter. Meanwhile, the rich guy retaliated which turned into a war between the Ferrari guy and his rival. The guy hit Shedrach while they began to hit each other. 

" You fool!" The rich guy yelled and hit him angrily again. It was at this point that the security guards stopped them.

The rich guy got so annoyed and dialed the number of the police officers.

" There's a lunatic here who's causing problems here. Get here immediately. Location is at ME&YOU hotel!"! He said and hung up while he glared at Shadrach who looked so pitiful at the moment.
