CHAPTER 40.ACCIDENT.

Mr. Damon's phone began to ring, and he quickly picked it up upon seeing it was Stanley, he had been expecting his call since their last meeting and he held himself not to call so as to be the bigger person.

"It's been forty-eight hours since I saw you, and now you're calling me."

"Where I come from, we call it two days, not how you just said it. I've been running around preparing for what you ordered. It can't happen overnight, can it?" Stanley replied from the other end.

"I want no mistakes and no traces. I'm tripling it. Three hundred!" Mr. Damon remarked slowly.

"Oh, you sure know how to make me work hard," Stanley chuckled.

"The meeting is today, so how is the progress?" Mr. Damon asked, growing impatient with Stanley's small talk.

Today was his first official day as a marketing director under Harry in his own company, but he was ready to take it back.

"I'm not dumb; I can read."

Mr. Damon rolled his eyes but calmed himself with a bottle of water on his table.
