CHAPTER 92.CASE DISMISSED.

The knock on the door jolted both Harry and Jade out of their concentration.

Springing up from the couch, Harry didn't hesitate to open the door, only to discover it was the police officers.

"Good morning, Mr. Harry," one of them greeted, and Harry nodded, ushering them inside.

They made themselves comfortable while the one who looked like their head of the department brought out a piece of paper before clearing his throat.

On seeing Jade, he remarked, "Oh, miss, thank you for your statement. We really appreciate it; it really helped in our investigations."

Jade smiled.

"Mr. Harry," the officer began, piquing Harry's interest as he leaned in closer to listen.

"We have done our investigation and noticed that the intruders were indeed two groups. The two who are still alive are from the same group, while the dead one is from a whole different place."
