As he undonns his sweatshirt, his body gave out the most excruciating pain, as he dumped the cloth into his basket of dirty laundry, it was soaked up in the blood and sweat.

Turning on the shower, the cold water cascades down his body as if it sought not just to wash away the blood stains but the haunting echoes of the nightmarish reality.

The Icy tendrils of water slithered over the skin, a stark contrast to the searing ache that pulsed within him.
