Betrayed

The plea of Ashley won’t be heard and the teacher won’t say anything. It was such a disgusting sight. Not even one person was free from corruption. Now, Jason was no longer panicking rather he is angry that he had trusted the wrong person. He couldn’t believe that his own Mrs. Finley that he had thought of helping and teaching the wrong students lesson was going to turn her back on him.

What could they have offered her? He kept wondering, Did they threaten her? Or she is just being an asshole.

He couldn’t wrap his head around what he has gotten himself into. He had risked all he had to get justice but it seems like justice does not even exist.

He can’t even hold on to karma. Why is everything going against him. The adults have failed in their duties to protect the interest of the minors. If the principal could look away from justice and his teacher is doing the same, then he can’t blame the younger ones for being insolent.
