Prove Your Innocence

The morning had come and it was so bright on the outside but for Jason, he was stuck in the cell for a crime he didn’t commit. It was painful enough that he had to go through all of these to prove his innocence but why would the police go this far with him.

Jacob came to the police station that morning and requested to see him.

“Good morning sir” he greeted the officer

“Good morning, why are you here?” the policeman asked him

“I came in to see my friend and also to persuade him to say the truth.” Jacob said.

The policeman he met was not there yesterday so he has no reason not to believe Jacob.

“Your friend? Who could that be?” the police officer asked in surprise.

“Oh! You don’t know?” Jacob was trying not to sound like a boss. “You know there is this my friend who was found on the scene bashing a student and threatening her with her sex tape and he even beat me up when I tried stopping him.” Jacob said pitifully.
