Chapter 107: General Case

In Arthur's car, Michael sat next to Arthur.

Compared to Arthur's relaxed expression, Michael seemed displeased.

He angrily said, "This is truly unreasonable! Does he think he has the right to do whatever he wants?!"

"Exactly," Arthur responded without a hint of sympathy.

Michael tightened his jaw momentarily, glared at Arthur, and quickly regained composure. "Do you still want to help that general with talking? You should have been more assertive now; clearly, we are right."

Arthur glanced at Michael and said, "No need for pleasantries. You don't bother maintaining camaraderie anymore."

Michael hesitated and quickly laughed to smooth things over, "We're already close enough. No need to maintain camaraderie, right?"

Arthur looked out of the car window, unresponsive to Michael's words.

After a while, he spoke lowly, "I wonder how much you know about General Case."
