Chapter forty

"Joshua," Mr Mason called out as he walked inside. He raised his eyes to see the man standing by the small bear parlour. "Come here."

Joshua humbly walked over. Could it have been any less stressful managing the company, checking up on his wife and at the same time being in charge of taking care of the mansion without single regard from him?

Not only did every swooned over Pamela's lucky stark glimmering in the sky but they also wished they would make him theirs.

"I don't want to see you in the hospital." The man said, gulping the gin.

"And why is that?" He inquired and Mr Mason glared at him.

"Because you're going to be held responsible for the fire outbreak at the museum, it was a grand location, and you've worked there before, Mr Clark would want to lay the blame on someone to take the tracking and probing."
