Chapter 31: Well, well, well

Jeremy had met Aliyah in one of the annual workshops that was being held by the country's president.

He had taken a liking to her and found a way of consummating her outside marriage. Due to his fear of pregnancy, Jeremy had cowardly left early in the morning, before Aliyah could even make sight of him.

Seeing her today in the mall made him believe that the world was a small place and one could easily meet people you wouldn't expect to meet.

While he searched around the room, he noticed sun rays coming out of the edge of the room, and he began to think of a possible plan to escape.

The fact that the strange man had assured him that he would be back sent chills down his spine. He began to struggle with the ropes, but they were too tight for him. He looked around for any sharp objects and caught sight of a pin close to where he knelt down.

He maneuvered himself to pick up the pin and draw it closer to himself. When the pin was close, he used his mouth to pick it up and clinched the edge
