Chapter 8

After hearing this, Felix didn't have any change in expression, he wasn't the least bit bothered by the depriving of his salary because he was here to resign anyway.

After his announcement, Mr. Evan turned to the whole crowd and made a second announcement which sounded loudly in their ears.

" As for you, for causing so much noise in my office room, all of you will have today's income deducted from your salary!"

"No!" All of the workers cried out pitifully, the deduction of their salary pained them emotionally and physically and they were all put in a bad mood.

Looking at the bad mood of the crowd, Mr. Evans secretly smiled to himself as he thought. " hehe, this should do it"

"By deducting a day's worth of their salaries, they'll definitely be angry about it but they can't direct their anger at me because I am powerful, instead, they should all blame Felix for it, and hate him even more"

"Sorry Felix, but you can only blame yourself for being poor and useless and for crossing my son" Mr Evans smiled at this thought then he left the workroom and headed for his office.

The workers watched Mr Evans leave angrily, however, the anger they felt could not compare with the fear they had for him which was the reason why none of them even dared to complain when he deducted their salaries.

Feeling angry and unable to vent their anger on the person who cheated them, their eyes gradually turned back towards Felix in hate.

Instead of blaming themselves for making too much noise and getting deprived of the day's income, or blaming Mr Evans for being too harsh on them, they all shifted the blame to Felix and their hate for him increased.

Felix's colleagues didn't even consider the fact that Felix, their victim, hadn't even done anything bad to them since he entered the office a few minutes ago as they started blaming and cursing him.

"You lowlife it's all your fault that this is happening to us!"

"If you hadn't walked in here and affected us with your bad luck, our salaries wouldn't have been deducted"

"You have been nothing but bad luck ever since you joined this company, you this fucking bastard!

"I wish you would just fall down and die. I wish you can just disappear from our lives for good, you fucking loser"

" you being here is just making our lives fucking miserable"

"Why are you guys saying that it's my fault? Was I the one who deprives you of your salaries?" Felix couldn't help but ask upon listening to those curses.

However, Felix's words only served to anger the crowd further as they started throwing even more curses at him.

"Shut up you loser, who gave you the right to argue with us after what you caused, do you think that you can turn us against the General manager?!"

"You are such a shameless fellow, after robbing us of our salaries you also want to manipulate us to go against the general manager and lose our jobs, Felix, not only are you poor, incapable, and shameless, but you are worse than the devil!"

"Get out of here you devil, it is no wonder you are so poor and your wife cheated on you and left you!"

"Get out of here Felix, get out!"

"Get out!"

"Get out!"

"Get out!"

"Serves you right Felix, this treatment is just what you deserve" Meanwhile, Mr. Evan laughed as he listened to the shouts from inside his office.

Chapter 624 The moment Destroyer released his aura, the entire sky above the port shifted violently, as though something unnatural had been unleashed into the world, because the energy radiating from his body was no longer contained, no longer restrained, but fully revealed in all its destructive intensity. Silver flames erupted. Not ordinary flames. Not natural fire. They burned without warmth. They radiated without light. They consumed. In an instant, Destroyer’s entire body became engulfed, his form transforming into a humanoid figure composed entirely of blazing silver fire, his outline flickering and distorting as the flames surged and twisted around him, giving him the appearance of a living inferno born not of nature, but of annihilation itself. His eyes, glowed within the flames locked onto Felix then he moved. WHOOSH! Destroyer shot forward with explosive speed, the space behind him collapsing slightly under the force of his acceleration, his body streaking acr

Chapter 623 Before the flames ever touched the sky above the port, before the explosion that shook the harbor and sent waves crashing violently against the docks, three figures had already crossed half the continent in silence, their movements swift and unrestrained as they cut through the heavens with terrifying speed. Scarab led the way behind him Breaker and Destroyer followed without hesitation, their silver forms streaking through the sky like falling stars, their presence concealed not by weakness, but by precision, their control over their energy so refined that only those at the highest levels could even begin to sense their passage. Cities blurred beneath them. Mountains passed like shadows. Rivers and plains vanished in moments. They did not slow. They did not pause. Because they were searching. Their spiritual senses were fully released, spreading outward in vast waves that swept across regions, scanning everything below with ruthless efficiency, penetrating thr

Chapter 622 By the time Felix and his convoy arrived at the Imperium’s grand naval port, the sun had already begun its slow descent, casting long golden reflections across the vast stretch of water, where dozens of warships and transport vessels stood anchored in disciplined rows, their metallic structures gleaming under the fading light, their presence alone enough to convey the might of the Imperium’s naval force. Yet today, the port felt different. Ordered. Prepared. Intentional. As the convoy of luxurious vehicles rolled to a halt near the entrance to the main harbor path, rows upon rows of Imperium navy soldiers stood in perfect formation, their uniforms immaculate, their weapons aligned, their posture straight and unwavering as they formed a ceremonial corridor leading directly toward the docks. The moment the first car door opened, the soldiers moved in unison. Clack! Weapons struck the ground in synchronized motion. “Welcome, Your Majesty!” Their voices rang o

Chapter 621 The sky above the Imperium shifted subtly. Not with thunder. Not with light. But with presence. Three figures descended from the high expanse above, cutting through layers of air with silent precision, their speed so great that no ordinary eye could follow their movement, yet their arrival carried a weight so immense that even before they touched the ground, the atmosphere of the entire imperial capital began to feel heavier, as though something ancient and dangerous had returned. At the same time, Within the ruins of the imperial palace, Rabush Walad stood with his hands behibd his back relaying commands to the workers making repaire on the imperial palace of the Imperium. The once glorious palace still bore the scars of destruction, its towering structures fractured, its grand halls partially collapsed, and its intricate designs broken apart by the violent clash that had taken place not long ago between Felix and Scarab, leaving behind a scene that was both chao

  • Chapter620

Chapter 620 High above the world, far beyond the reach of ordinary perception and even beyond the limits of what most martial art practitioners could sense, there existed a vast and silent chamber suspended within the sky itself, a place that did not belong to any nation, any empire, or any known realm, but rather stood as something older, something hidden, something that quietly influenced the course of events below without ever revealing its presence. Within that chamber, a figure stood.Still.Unmoving. The Great Eternal Lord. His entire form was obscured by a dense layer of silver light, a radiance that did not illuminate but instead concealed, making it impossible to discern his true appearance, as though his very existence rejected the idea of being seen clearly, and even the air around him seemed to bend subtly, unable to remain stable in his presence. Before him was a pool. A vast, circular basin filled with a golden liquid that shimmered with an unnatural brilliance, it

Chapter 619 The moment Clorisa and Asue were thrown out of the restaurant, their bodies rolling across the pavement in full public view, the humiliation they suffered did not end with the impact of the ground. Because although they quickly scrambled to their feet in a disoriented and disgraceful state, brushing dirt off their once pristine clothes and trying desperately to regain what little composure they could salvage, the damage had already been done in a way that no amount of pride or influence could repair. Their faces burned with anger. Their hearts surged with resentment. But they did not dare show it. Clorisa clenched her fists tightly, her nails digging into her palms as she lowered her head, forcing herself to suppress the rage boiling within her chest, because even in her humiliation, she knew one thing with absolute clarity, if she dared to display even the slightest hint of defiance now, the consequences would not stop at embarrassment. Asue, standing beside h
