5. The First Mission

"Araizona Group Company received an increase in shares of 68,12%." 

"Hendrick Thommas Salvador officially invested $25,000,000,000 to Araizona Group Company."

"Leo Hanstried Warlock, CEO of Araizona Group Company, became the center of attention of all investors in the business circle."

"Due to the increase in Araizona Group Company's shares within three months, Leo Hanstried has a recorded increase in wealth assets of $10,000,000,000,000!"

"Leo Hanstried Warlock officially teamed up with Jayden Ava Eldeern, CEO of VortexLabs! What business innovation will they do?"

One by one, Leo has been getting public attention for the past three months. All the news revolved around Leo's wealth, success, and business innovations during his time as CEO of Araizona Group Company.  

They all can't stop talking about Leo.

All the newspapers or news articles didn't stop writing about Leo's success in leading Araizona Group Company.  

"Araizona Center Land Residential Property has seen a 60.7 percent increase in sales! We have plans for a new Scottish-style residential estate and a residential resort."

Leo explained to the investors seated in front of him. LED screens lit up displaying the various housing designs that Araizona Center Land Residential Property was working on.

"The housing estates you see here are just designs. But many have already booked so we need to improve the quality of the construction of this project."

"I don't wonder why they've already booked the newly-designed housing. They have seen that Araizona's property projects are of impeccable quality."

Leo smiled at the words of one of the investors.

"Araizona property does prioritize the quality of building comfort, Mr. Hendrick. You must have witnessed my father's projects that I continued," Leo replied.

"I know that you are reliable as the CEO of Araizona Group Company. How about accepting my investment of 500 million dollars?"

Leo's eyes lit up after hearing one of the investors' offer.

"I'd be more than happy to accept that and manage it as you've seen," Leo said in a convincing tone.

"Ah, your investment is too little, Mr. Putra," said the other investor. "Why not give a billion dollars for a more perfect quality?"

"I think I can spare ten billion to give to the Araizona property company."

The six investors told each other the amount they would invest.

Leo curved his smile. Shortly after, a system screen appeared in front of his face. At the same time, the system sounded.

[CONGRATULATIONS, LEO! MISSION SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED!]

[MAIN MISSION: GET 50 BILLION DOLLARS INVESTMENT FOR ARAIZONA PROPERTY.]

In front of all the assembled investors, Leo curved a smile full of relief. Leo bowed his body as a gesture of respect.

"Thank you for your time and opportunity, I appreciate it," Leo told them all.

After the meeting was over, one by one the investors left the room. Leo watched them all with a warm smile full of satisfaction.

"Leo! What did you just do?"

Leo shifted his gaze and saw Mr. Holland, his father, stepping into the room. A proud smile curved very clearly on Mr. Holland's face.

"Dad," Leo called with a chuckle. "I just got a big investment for Araizona Property's four housing projects."

Mr. Holland gave Leo a short round of applause. When he was in front of Leo, Mr. Holland immediately gave him a very serious look.

"You've done me proud, Leo," Mr. Holland said, grabbing Leo by both shoulders. "You showed them what my descendants can do."

"I learned everything from you, Mr. Holland," said a proud Leo.

Mr. Holland immediately frowned. "Actually, you're the one who made you successful. So, what about Mr. Walter's offer of cooperation?"

Leo smiled meaningfully as he heard Mr. Holland's question.

"I actually wanted to accept Mr. Walter's offer of cooperation. Unfortunately, I'm not very interested," Leo replied.

Mr. Holland asked, "So you're going to cancel it?"

Leo nodded his head. "Of course, I'm already working with Mr. Hendrick, Mr. Walter's business rival."

"You're really good at playing the people who underestimate you. You don't have to accept Mr. Walter's offer, Leo."

"I know he's only using me for his own benefit, Father. I've been with him for years. He won't be happy if someone is more successful than him."

Before Mr. Holland could answer Leo, Hans suddenly appeared. Hans gave Leo a reprimand.

"Mr. Leo, there is someone who wants to see you now. He has something urgent to tell you," Hans said.

Leo frowned. "Who?"

"Mr. Walter."

"You betrayed the promise you made to me, Leo."

Leo frowned after hearing Mr. Walter's words. He had just stood in front of Mr. Walter who was in the VVIP lobby.

"What did you say, Mr. Walter?" asked Leo who pretended not to understand.

Mr. Walter arched a sardonic smile. "You're pretending not to understand. I didn't expect your personality to be so cunning."

Leo chuckled, then said, "I'm not cunning, Mr. Walter. Do you think I'm not considering your offer?"

"I'm not sure you did. You're deliberately buying time, whereas you're not considering anything at all."

"Why do you look so angry, Mr. Walter?" Leo curved an implicitly cynical smile, then stepped closer.

When their shoes were only an inch apart, Leo pretended to clean Mr. Walter's shoulder blazer.

"You should know that it's hard to get business contacts if you behave like this," Leo said. "Learn to understand your position, Mr. Walter."

Mr. Walter pushed Leo's hand away rather rudely.

"Are you deliberately provoking my anger? Hey, Leo, you already feel like you're in charge after all you've accomplished," Mr. Walter said.

"I'm not you, Mr. Walter," Leo replied casually. "I'm just doing my responsibility for my company. You've judged me useless from the start."

"It's obvious you're doing all this to get revenge for what I did," Mr. Walter said.

"You think so?" asked Leo, raising both eyebrows and smiling sarcastically. "I'm glad you realize that. But objectively speaking, no one wants to cooperate with a character like you, Mr. Walter."

Mr. Walter's jaw instantly hardened. He looked at Leo with a furious look in his eyes.

"So you're starting a business rivalry with me?" asked Mr. Walter.

"I didn't say that," Leo replied.

"You're not going to say it outright. You should know how savage my character is in the business world."

Leo gave a smile of calm formality.  

"I'm looking forward to what you're going to do, Mr. Walter."

[NEW MISSION!]

[Leo, follow Mr. Walter to The Big H Club tonight. Find out what he's doing]

Leo was just about to close his eyes to rest. But the sound of the system made his eyes open again.

Leo's feelings turned into annoyance. Tonight he wanted to rest, but this damn system gave him an impromptu mission!

"What are you saying? It's late. I want to sleep!" grumbled Leo.

[You have to do this mission. You have to find out what Mr. Walter is doing.]

"My body is so tired. I don't know how I'm going to find out what Mr. Walter did," Leo said.

[You'll know how to find out later, Leo. The most important thing is that you come to The Big H Club now]

Leo rubbed his face roughly, then let out a long breath.

[Come on, Leo. Your travel time to The Big H Club is 20 minutes. Mr. Walter's meeting will be half an hour later]

"So I only have ten minutes after I get there?" Leo asked.

[Yes.]

Hearing that, Leo let out a small groan as he stretched his muscles. Finally Leo was forced to get out of bed and pressed the intercom on the nightstand.  

"Hello, Bram and Hans. Please get ready in the mansion lobby." Leo gave the order.

Leo continued his steps to get ready. He then came down from his room to approach Bram and Hans who were already in the lobby.

"What are you going to do, Mr. Leo?" asked Hans.

"Coming to The Big H Club. I want to find out what Mr. Walter will be doing there," Leo said.
