The manor was brightly lit, the golden lights from the chandeliers glimmered in the surroundings like gossamers, the manor doors wide open. A lively sea of men,influential men in suits and women in long flowing dinner gowns, waiters dressed in black and white tuxedos could be seen,moving about serving glasses of champagne to guests. A long red carpet extended from within the foyer to the entrance,painting a picture of extravagance and class.

Roberto knelt down, his cold features not able to disguise the unease he felt,his eyes glanced at a particular direction, he took a deep breath,beads of sweat were on his forehead.

From the darkness a voice came, " I ask again,have you accomplished what I asked of you?" The voice is elegant, deep and disquieting.
