Chapter 25: Peaceful Reunion, At Last?

The mobs of slimes continued running away. The Slime King itself was shivered by the sight of the glowing Anahata. He retreated away with his subordinates and the mobs are starting to completely dissipate.

“Yeah! Go away, you little b*tch’s!” Frenz shouted.

“Bye, slimes. I wish we could be friends next time,” Lumine whispered sadly.

The waves of light coming from the Anahata continue to radiate.

After the slimes had fully dispersed. The group rushed to check Mika.

“What is that thing?” Marco asked Mika.

“You mean this? This is Mario’s hammer. It’s really heavy; I’m glad it scared away the slimes,” Mika replied. She hasn't yet realized that the Anahata is now floating above her head.

“No, that thing on your head,” Virgo pointed out.

Mika looked upwards and she finally saw the item above her head. “Oh, I didn’t notice it was there,” she said. “It’s a…” she stopped for a bit - thinking if she should tell them the truth about the item. “I’ll tell you about it later,” she decided.
